DHL Express is the most reliable courier service and if you have hesitation and want to track you parcel at every stage we recommend this option for overseas customers.

Please be assured that we take every care in regards to delivering your orders. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels but will always do our best to rectify and chase any issues that arise in the shipping and delivery of our customers orders.

UNITED KINGDOM

Royal Mail Standard 1st Class delivery ( 1-3 working days) = £4.00

Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day by 1pm) = £7.00

Order by 12pm for next day delivery Monday- Thursday

DHL EXPRESS (1-2 working days) = £8.00

EUROPEAN UNION zone 1

Royal Mail Standard delivery International tracked and signed (5-7 working days) = £14.00

DHL EXPRESS (2-3 working days) = £25.00

EU VAT & Customs Duties

Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on items/goods entering the EU from the UK. These depend on the contents’ value. You (the customer) will need to pay these as the parcel won’t be released until payment has been received.
Orders sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.
Orders over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee (payable by you the customer).
The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. Monty & Co cannot advise on what these may be or be liable for them.
Rejected parcels from customers in the EU at the border on the basis of additional charges due (for example but not limited to, customs clearance/handling fees/VAT) will be refunded minus a £15.00 re-stock handling fee.

USA

DHL EXPRESS (2-4 working days) = £28.00

Please note that DHL imposes remote location fees and if your address comes into this category you will be contacted and an additional postage charge will be applied.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be posted next working day.
Orders placed at weekends Saturday and Sunday will be posted on a Monday.
