If you wish to return or exchange any purchase for any reason, please contact us by email first at: Leighmontague@montyandco.com

Our Refund and Exchange terms apply to Monty & Co. LOVED garments.

EXCHANGE

Please state the invoice number and the item you wish to exchange, the reason for exchange and the item/size required for exchange. We will respond as soon as possible and advise you if the item you wish to exchange is available. If it is not available we will issue a credit note/full refund (including postage costs).

Please note due to small batch production we have limited stock and sizes but will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Please post your goods back to us within 21 days completing the exchange form included in your delivery. The items to be returned must remain unworn, unwashed in the condition that they were received in with original packing. 

All items returned are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded/tracked postal service.

Once we receive your returned item with paperwork, we will issue the agreed exchange.

You have 21 days to exchange purchases.

RETURNS

Please state the invoice number and the item you wish to return with the reason for return.

Please post your goods back to us within 14 days. If you have purchased from our online store please complete the exchange/return form included in your delivery. The items to be returned must remain unworn, unwashed in the condition that they were received in with original packing. 

All items returned are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded/tracked postal service.

Once we receive your returned item with paperwork, we will issue the agreed refund/credit note. Refunds will be made to the RRP of the order/items purchase and do not include postage costs.

You have 14 days to return purchases.

FAULTY ITEMS

We inspect all goods through quality control at our Uk manufacturer and also at our studio. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods please contact us directly and return the item. We will access the product and either issue a replacement if available or a full refund which will include any postage costs incurred.
